A goal scored during open play by drop-kicking the ball through the posts. Worth 3 points.
What to Look For
These are rare and happen fast. Record immediately when the ball goes through. Attribute to the kicker. If missed, don't record it (there's no "drop goal missed" event).
Best Practices
Drop goals are tactical — often used late in close games. If your fly-half has this skill, it's worth practicing and tracking attempts in training.
